North Edge Properties hosted a ‘Morning Coffee’ at 80 St. Clair (Dec. 7th), 177 Redpath (Dec. 13th) and 200 Roehampton (Dec. 14). coffee, tea, Timbits and cookies were served to tenants who were off to work and school who expressed their appreciation to this event, and it was a perfect opportunity to reach out to our tenants as the holiday season begins and it was to show appreciation towards our tenants as well as introducing our new furniture in our lobbies.
Through this event, tenants were able to bond with their neighbours, North Edge Properties employees and the management team. The morning was extremely successful in bonding our staff and tenants.This type of events secure and promote an ideal seed of community building and renewed our commitment in providing the North Edge Properties promise of comfortable and safe homes to our tenants and their families.
